About Paperlight
Paperlight is a book formatting tool and free writing desk for self-publishing authors. Writers bring a Word manuscript, or write in Paperlight, and get a print-ready PDF for Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Barnes & Noble Press, Lulu and Bookvault, plus an EPUB ebook for every store. It offers 129 book styles, 540 drawn ornaments and 28 trim sizes, runs in the browser on any computer, keeps every manuscript on the writer’s own computer, and never uses AI to write. Writing and ebooks are free; print-ready files cost $24 a year.
