Refunds

If Paperlight Pro isn’t right for you, you get your money back: a full refund within 30 days of buying or renewing, no questions asked.

You can see every page of your book in Paperlight before you pay, so we hope you’ll never need this. But if you do, write to the contact address shown on this site with the email address you bought with. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After 30 days

You can cancel at any time and you won’t be charged again; you keep Pro until the end of the year you’ve paid for. We don’t refund part-years after 30 days, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong, such as a charge you didn’t expect, write to us anyway.

Renewals

Pro is $24 a year and renews automatically. The 30-day refund applies to each renewal too, so a renewal you forgot about is easy to undo.

Your files

Files you’ve already downloaded are yours to keep either way. Your books stay in your browser.
